Paw & Palace was created for clients whose lives move quickly — frequent travelers, seasonal residents, and professionals who value consistency, discretion, and trusted long-term partnerships.
After more than two decades balancing travel, business ownership, and caring for animals deeply woven into family life, one thing became clear: exceptional pet and home care is difficult to find when consistency matters most.
Following a deeply personal loss while traveling abroad — when a senior dog was left unattended by a provider and fatally injured — I made the decision to create the concierge relationship I had searched for myself.
Paw & Palace operates differently.
Care is owner-led along with a team of professional vetted highly skilled women. Intentionally limited to maintain calm environments and consistent attention. Pets are known individually. Homes are respected. Special requests are anticipated rather than managed reactively.
Many clients begin with pet care and naturally expand into property oversight, travel coordination, and lifestyle support over time.

- Standard Overnight Rate (24 hours) - $450-$650
- Extended Care + Property Oversight (7 days) - $3,000-$4,200
- Full Service Travel Concierge Care (30 days) - $11,000-$14,000

A boutique overnight experience where pets live as part of a peaceful yet play filled household routine with personalized attention and limited occupancy.
• Up to 12 Hours — $165
• 24 Hour Stay / Overnight — $250

Private Day Residency
A structured day of companionship and enrichment within a calm, boutique home environment designed for social balance and relaxation.
Includes indoor and outdoor exercise, walks, grooming support, and personalized updates.

An attendant remains with your pet to provide calm supervision, exercise, companionship, and routine care.

VIP Event Pet Concierge
Professional care during weddings, celebrations, photo sessions, or private gatherings so pet parents can fully enjoy their event without managing their pet throughout.

- Groceries ordered and stocked prior to arrival

Travel Concierge Coordination
Seamless travel transitions designed to simplify departures and arrivals.
Services include:
- Client airport pickup and drop off
- Pet pickup coordinated with travel schedules
- Transport between Paw & Palace and residence
- Arrival preparation and home readiness upon return.
Investment: $125 hr or quote by project
Legal: Paw & Palace Concierge is fully licensed and insured, background checked, maintaining professional liability and care custody and control coverage to ensure the safety of pets, property and client peace of mind
